The European Library Handbook is a tutorial that assists national libraries in making their collections available via The European Library portal. It provides assistance for partners in choosing their access protocol, submitting their collection descriptions and making their metadata compliant with The European Library Application Profile. Using the interface translation tool is also covered in the tutorial. Additional support can be provided by a library's account manager or The European Library Technical team if required.
